NORFOLK NATTER JULY 19th 2010
The roads of Norfolk will soon change for the summer, all of a sudden it will be alot easier to get to and from work, as the school run dries up for the six weeks of the summer holidays. At the same time though, all of the counties tourist hot spots get congested.
We tend to look back at our childhood with rose tinted spectacles, but I can remember the summers in the seventies for things like all the tar on the roads melting in the heat and getting stuck to your tyres, plagues of insects, from ladybirds to midges.Also there were those trendy 1970's polyester trousers, great in the summer heat of 1976!
