This photograph shows the contrast between the rich green colour of the moss and the gold of the fallen leaves. It also illustrates the lovely textures of the moss and the leaves, tigs and chestnut. How scrunchy do those leaves look ? It is another shot taken in the woods near to Lions Mouth at Felbrigg. This is actually on the north facing slope of a mini valley, hence the abundance of moss.In fact the whole area is pretty soggy for a large part of the year, the bottom of the valley being particularly tricky for the unwary . This photograph is available as a optically hand printed cibachrome print - like all my prints this is not a digital print.
Available as a 16 x 12 inch print.
