Felbrigg Hall wood in the first few days of November is a magical place to be. Not only have you got the autumn colours of the last of the falling foliage, but where this image was taken the ground is boggy and so the leaf litter is adorned with a myriad of different coloured fungi. I also love how old and gnarled the trees are. If you go there though, watch out for the marshy bit.
