This is an image from a number I took during a remarkable day one December. This image I chose to shoot in a portrait format to show more of the foreground stream. Also compared to midwinter stream 1 there is more mist drifting across the background of the image. I like the way that the mist has almost, but not quite obscured the fence posts of in the distance, but the foliage nearby still has its rich dark colours.
