Norfolk Mini Prints are traditional hand printed images of the stunning Norfolk countryside. They have all been taken using my slightly battered Olympus 35 mm film camera ( that I have been using to photograph the Norfolk countryside since 1985)
along with a newer Mamiya 645 medium format film camera.
Although smaller, Norfolk Mini Prints are still produced with the same care and attention as all my larger images.
All are hand printed on traditional optical equipment (these are not digital images).
They are all 6 inches by 4 inches and are ready Framed in an 8 inch by 6 inch dark wood frame.
They make a great original gift that cannot be bought in the shops.
All framed prints are signed on the back.
Autumn Walk
This Burgh-next-Aylsham Church from
the footpath beside theRiver Bure.
This is a reminder of a lovely autumn
walk that I took.
Where the river Bends
A view of the River Bure looking towards
Lammas, early on a winters morning.
This is a part of the River Bure that I have
a particular affection for.
Lost
The beach near Keswick road in Bacton.
This is the patch of sea that conceals the
lost village of Keswick.
Waxham squall
An image of a squall hitting the coast at
Waxham. It was the combination of colours
that attracted me to this image.
Bure Valley mist
Mist sweeps into the Bure Valley,
producing the beautiful, delicate, muted
colours that you see here.
Blickling bells
This is the path through the bluebells in the
wood at Blickling Hall. It is a treat that locals
and visitors enjoy in the first few days of May
every year.
Wind of change
This photograph was taken in the wood at
Felbrigg. It is a low key image with really rich
dark colours, I was trying to capture the
countryside in autumn by showing just
one tiny part of it.
Dark shore
Another image of the beach at Bacton
where the Village of Keswick lies lost under
the sea.If you like dramatic skies and stunning
colours, you will love this image.
Frosty Ant
This is the River Ant where it is Bisected by
the old, disused North Walsham to Mundesley
railway line. it is now a very popular footpath
for locals and visitors alike.
Midwinter stream
This image was taken between the villages
of Brampton and Burgh next Aylsham.
I consider myself to be very fortunate to
have been at the right place at the right
time to capture this view on film.
Bure Valley morning
This is an antidote to all the over
saturateddigital images that are all the
rage at the moment.Just beautiful natural
muted colours, so familiar if
you walk in the countryside.
Lions Mouth autumn
This was taken at Lions Mouth in the woods at
Felbrigg. It is the same every year, stunning. If
you are out that way in the autumn time, take a
detour. This is my kind of road !
