This image was taken looking down the Bure towards Lamma. It was not long ater dawn on a cold winters morning. I was trying to capture the glow of light on the river as it flows away around the next bend. The sky and its reflection have a marbled effect that sets the mood of the picture. It was shot on iso 400 slide film to maximise available depth of field while maintaining a reasonably quick shutter speed and because I wanted it to be nice and contrasty.

NORFOLK NATTER
Not sure about Hevingham, how many times do we hear about car crashes on that road. I wonder if the authorities keep tabs on that kind of thing, but clearly somthing is going on to confuse drivers on that stretch. If you are headed in that direction then please take a bit of extra care!
